Corrado Giovannoni was born in Florence, Italy, “the cradle of art”, home to some of the world’s most famous architecture, stunning art galleries and enchanting, lush gardens.
He worked as a designer in Tuscany for over 20 years before expanding his work internationally to include projects in Santa Monica, Hollywood, and all around Southern California.
In 1999 Corrado earned a Certificate in Gardening and Horticulture from UCLA.
His gardens have attracted the attention of numerous botanical tours and his projects have been featured in Great Gardens in Small Spaces, Big Ideas for Small Gardens, as well as in Sunset Magazine.
Corrado has also participated in the HGTV show Landscaper’s Challenge.
